Shipping Information

At Book My Tale, every storybook is uniquely crafted to bring your family's memories to life. Our books are printed in small batches, ensuring quality and personalization for each order.

Processing Time

We print in small batches of 50–100 books to ensure quality and efficiency.

This means that it may take up to 4 weeks for your book to be delivered, as we fill orders to reach our print threshold.

You will receive an Order Confirmation Email once your order is placed and a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking information as soon as it is dispatched.

We are optimizing our operations to reduce delivery times as we grow, and appreciate your patience in these early stages.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your order status directly through the Order Tracking Page.

Returns & Exchanges

As each Book My Tale storybook is personalized and custom-made, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The product arrives damaged.
• There is a printing error (e.g., incorrect personalization not matching the live preview).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or there is a printing error:

Please email us at hello@bookmytale.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

We will:

• Review your claim within 1–3 business days.
• If approved, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellations & Changes

Given that we offer a live preview of your book during the ordering process, we encourage you to double-check all details before finalizing.

For now, we are not offering cancellations or changes after order placement. This helps us streamline our print operations and reduce delivery times for you.
